Carsten Heiermann, as the Executive Director of LuraTech, works primarily on corporate strategy, product management and new business development. Prior to joining LuraTech, Carsten was a founder and managing director of Algo Vision, a Berlin-based GmbH. With a technical background in software engineering, he has worked with a variety of industry customers as well as for cable TV company RKS-Rhein-Ruhr.
Dr. Klaus Jung is responsible for LuraTech’s research and development efforts as Chief Technology Officer, a position he has held since 1998. His research interests include digital imaging processing and still and moving image compression. Klaus is a published author in the field of mathematical physics, including topics such as quantum mechanical systems, pseudo differential operators and semi classics.
Joachim Keck serves as Chief Financial Officer of LuraTech, where he is responsible for all financial, administrative and organizational activities. A LuraTech shareholder and independent consultant, Keck has held finance positions in a number of companies, including Airbus, the Algo Vision Group, Lobster Computer Concept, MTU Maintenance and Pratt & Whitney Canada.
Mark McKinney, President of LuraTech, Inc. leads the American subsidiary by specializing in new business development, corporate strategy and marketing. Mark has more than 12 years of executive and product development/management experience, having held various marketing and management roles at Wyse Technology, Axolotl Corp., Siemens and Uni-Data.
Thomas Zellmann is one of LuraTech's shareholders and board member of the PDF/A Competence Center. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the information technology and electronic data processing (EDP) markets to LuraTech. Prior to joining LuraTech in 2001, he served in support, product management and marketing roles at Softmatic AG, Software AG and Nixdorf.
