LuraDocument: Beta version of the new product "Office PlugIn"
The beta version of LuraDocument Office PlugIn is available immediately
on request. This new product in the LuraDocument range enables the
embedding of LDF files into Office documents, such as Word and Excel
files. If you’ve embedded an Excel spreadsheet into Word, for example,
you’ll know the procedure. By double-clicking on the embedded
LDF document, the familiar toolbars appear and annotations can be added
to the file, even when embedded.
From a technical perspective, the LuraDocument Office PlugIn is
considered an "ActiveDocument Server". This is the description given
to the Microsoft interface that documents must support to enable
embedding in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office tools.
Moreover, this mechanism also allows Saperion users to seamlessly
incorporate LuraDocument files in Saperion, as it similarly utilises
ActiveDocument.
The final version of the PlugIn will be officially released at the
beginning of March 2003 with a price of EUR 119.00 (excl. tax).
If you order before this date, you’ll receive a free update to the
release version!
Should Office PlugIn also be the solution for your integration needs,
simply contact our sales department for further information or a
beta version.
Or place an order now at our online shop:

Tip from support: Paint Shop Pro
Do you work with Paint Shop Pro instead of Photoshop? If so you can
still use LuraWave.jp2 because it, plus other tools, supports the
Photoshop-Format-PlugIns. If you want to know whether you can use
JPEG2000 with your software, write to:
