The famous cherry blossoms weren’t the only thing attracting a crowd in Washington, D.C., this Spring. LuraTech too got some attention at the AIIM info360  convention in the Nation’s Capital, March 21-24. At this annual event, we met a number of great new contacts at our booth, and made news with a customer win for DocYard  and an announcement of a new version of the LuraDocument PDF Compressor with forms recognition.

On March 21, we announced that DOCSOLUTIONS, a document management company in Mexico City, has significantly improved its productivity and accuracy with the help of DocYard, our flexible, centrally managed software platform for managing the production environment.

DOCSOLUTIONS began using DocYard for a project consisting of 1.5 million pages that required data to be extracted from 80 fields per form. The project’s service level agreement (SLA) required DOCSOLUTIONS to extract 6.7 million fields per week and maintain accuracy of 99.6 percent to 100 percent for the majority of the fields.
