LuraTech has been utilizing and developing wavelet technology for years. It has found application in LuraTech's high performance image compression for digital images, LuraWave. Wavelet technology makes high visual quality at small file sizes possible. It is often sufficient to store less than one percent of the original amount of data to recreate a high quality digital image.
